Attendance issues.. Our team was failing in attendance because a lot of agents were lax in coming to work. Tardiness was also becoming a problem. I suggested a "buddy up" system , where two agents would be partners and takes care of each other in reminding not to be late or absent and to go to work I do self research and also I ask questions from my bosses or peers. I clarify information and issues from them. It means at the moment you receive a call or project ,you treat it as if your life depended on it. One call I got was from an old woman who was worried about charges on her credit card she didn't purchased. I assisted her in finding out where it came from with all my resources.
