I was born and raised in the Philippines, where work is not just a transaction β€” it's an expression of character. My mother taught me that how you work is who you are. Filipino professionals carry that with them everywhere.

Eleven years ago, I moved to the United States. I built my career here, learned American business culture, and discovered something that kept me up at night: US founders were spending $60k a year on roles that Filipino professionals could ownβ€” not just fill β€” for a fraction of the cost.
