How Pricing Works

Rates displayed on FilAm represent the all-inclusive cost to the Employer. These rates cover the Specialist's compensation as well as FilAm's platform service fee, which funds:

• -Candidate sourcing, screening, and multi-stage vetting
• -AI-powered Fit Scoring and skills assessment
• -48-hour matching guarantee and dedicated onboarding support
• -Secure payment processing and payroll management
• -Work management platform, KPI tools, and performance monitoring
• -Ongoing support, dispute resolution, and replacement guarantee

Rate Ranges by Role

The following rates represent the total hourly cost billed to Employers:

Rates vary by seniority, scope of role, and specialist experience. Final rate is agreed upon before engagement.

Specialist Compensation

Specialists receive their agreed base rate, paid on a bi-weekly schedule directly to their nominated bank account or GCash wallet. All payment processing, currency conversion, and tax documentation is handled by FilAm.

Specialists are never charged a fee to join or apply to FilAm. Our service fee is charged only to Employers and is already included in the displayed rates.

Billing & Payment Terms

• -Employers are billed weekly based on tracked hours or agreed project milestones
• -Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
• -Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• -Accepted payment methods: ACH, wire transfer, major credit cards (via Stripe)

Replacement Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a matched Specialist within the first 14 days, FilAm will provide a free replacement match at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to all plans.
