2. How We Use Your Information

  • -Match Employers with suitable Specialists using our AI-powered scoring system
  • -Process payments and maintain billing records
  • -Send service notifications, updates, and support communications
  • -Improve the Platform through analytics and research
  • -Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

  • -With matched counterparties - Employer and Specialist profiles are shared as part of the matching process
  • -Service providers - Trusted vendors (payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
  • -Legal requirements - When required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • -Business transfers - In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. We retain transaction records for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

FilAm operates between the United States and the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
